Are you ready for Spring Football?

Here in Florida we are a month away from high school Spring football starting up. Recruiting for the 2008-09 year believe it or not has begun. So spring ball will be big for the to be seniors to show their stuff.

I have been hard at work with my guys down here preparing for spring ball. I have been using alot of my drills and exercises found in my Training for the NFL program (http://www.procombinetraining.com/Training_for_the_NFL.php).

The position specific drills in the program have been intense for the athletes as we are ramping up for May 1. These position movements are a sure fire way to get your anaerobic conditioning ready for practice.

These drills will get you ready for Spring Football, so you are the fittest, fastest, and quickest athlete on the field.

**Summer Training Camps**
Our summer training camps are beginning June 1st. If you are interested in getting the edge and devloping the athlete within, contact me for more information on my camps. These are offered to Pro, College and high school athletes.
