Have you seen Mark Anderson?

Wow, sometimes I have to pinch myself. Last night I was taking in Monday Night Football's Cards vs. Bears game. Actually I was taking in my client Mark Anderson's first NFL Start.

You see, Mark Anderson killed the NFL Combine, a 42 inch vert, tops in the shuttle tests, tops in the 40. On draft day, he slid to the 5th round. He was mad, I was mad. We had something to prove.

Now after 6 weeks he has shown the critics worng. 6.5 sacks with limited playing time. He leads the NFL.

Take that.

Last night I had chills watching him turn the corner and nail Matt Leinart between the numbers causing a fumble and a Bears TD.

That is the effect my "Training for the NFL" has on athletes. It allows them to become faster, more explosive and translate to the field where my guys are making the plays.

And it is just not Mark. High School, College, and NFLer's are getting these results.

Hop On Board and Get Training!

Train Hard,

Coach Mike Gough
